Think of your website like a car. To keep it running you take it in for a checkup, a mechanic looks at every moving part, and you leave knowing what is wrong and what it will take to fix. The SEO Clinic is that checkup, and it is the first stage of every 12-month program we run.
It is not a 90-page automated report. Tools can generate those in four minutes and they are close to worthless, because a list of 340 “issues” sorted by a plugin’s idea of severity tells you nothing about what to do on Monday.
What gets examined
- Crawling and indexing. What Google can reach, what it has actually indexed, and what it is spending crawl budget on that it should not be.
- Site architecture. Whether the structure of the site matches the structure of demand, and where internal linking is leaking authority into dead ends.
- Keywords and intent. What you rank for now, what you should rank for, and the gap between the two — mapped onto real pages rather than a spreadsheet.
- Search Console history. The most under-read asset most businesses own. Queries you nearly rank for are usually the cheapest wins available.
- Content and E-E-A-T. Whether the pages demonstrate real experience and expertise, or read like they were generated by something that has never done the work.
- Technical health and Core Web Vitals. Measured on the templates that matter, not just the homepage.
- Structured data. What is marked up, what is broken, and what is missing that would change how you appear in results.
- Competitors. What the sites beating you are doing that you are not, stated specifically enough to act on.
What you get out of it
A 12-month roadmap: what is broken, what it costs you, what order it gets fixed in, and what we expect that to change. Everything is prioritized by impact, not by how easy it is to bill for.
From there the program moves into building the structure the site should have had, which is described on the SEO system architecture page, and then into a year of monitoring and ongoing improvement.
Common questions
Is the SEO Clinic sold separately?
No. It used to be a standalone product. It is now the first stage of the 12-month program, included in the $2,950 price, because an audit nobody implements is an expensive PDF.
How long does the audit stage take?
Two to three weeks for most sites. Large ecommerce catalogs take longer because there is more to crawl and more to decide about.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and the website itself. If Search Console has never been set up, that is the first thing we fix.
What if the audit says my site needs a rebuild?
Then I say so plainly, and we talk about whether it makes sense to start the program at all. I would rather lose the sale than take a year of your money optimizing something that cannot work.
